職位需求：Request on background:
1.從事生產或技術經理崗位至少5年以上，熟悉生產管理與技術、質量體系與控制、工藝過程、EHS、持續(xù)改進及外協(xié)等流程。 At least 5 years working experiences in manufacturing or technology manager or similar position. Be familiar with Production Management and technology, Quality system and Control, Technical process, Continuous Improvement and Outsourcing etc. 2.對生產過程所需的設備、工裝、測量儀器有充分的了解和掌握; Be familiar with equipment, fixture, measuring tools in manufacturing process 3.能夠根據生產情況,及時制定調整生產技術方案，確保及時發(fā)運; Based on reality, set in and adjust production plan and ensure delivery in time. 4.軸承或相關行業(yè)從業(yè)經驗優(yōu)先; Working experience in bearing or related filedw will be preferred. 5.有外企業(yè)工作經驗，精通外語者優(yōu)先； Fluent English and Working experience in a foreign company will be preferred. 6.良好的溝通能力，責任心強,具有團隊精神 Good communication skills, Strong sense of responsibility, Teamwork spirit
